At VivaCuerpo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


60-Day Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return window for items that are not on sale or part of special promotions. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags and in its original packaging
    You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please do not return any item without prior approval — it will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

If you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. This includes all courier and handling fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll assess the situation and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g. personalized or made-to-order items)

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before returning.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original one and place a new order after the return is accepted.


European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

The item must be in its original condition: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
